Returns & Refunds

  • You can return any item (except Jewellery and Masks for hygiene purposes) within ten days of purchase for a full refund. The item must remain in the condition you received it in and you must pay the costs of returning it. You can exchange any item except a sale item. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund its cost. This process may take around 3-5 days for the transaction to appear in your bank account.
  • We want you to be delighted with your DHARTI The Store products but if you are not you can return it to us for a refund or exchange providing it is unused, in a saleable condition and in its original bag or box. Any damaged product will not be eligible for a refund, 
  • We must receive all returns of items within 10 days of your receipt of the product. All tags must be intact for the return to be processed. All items, including the bag, must be returned in the condition that they were received.
  • We are not able to refund any postage charges you incur when returning products but we will send any exchange items free of postage charges.
  • Refunds will be credited to the purchaser's card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Once your parcel has been received by us it can take up to 5 working days to fulfil your request.
  • As soon as we have processed your return, we will confirm this to you by email. Please note that it can take 3-5 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your account.
